Step One: Let’s Meet
It’s time to get to know one another! Let’s meet over the phone—or for coffee, if you’re in the Philadelphia area—for your complimentary consultation session.
During this consultation session, we’ll cover the basics like when and where—and also your why. I like to uncover the big goals and inspirations for your trip, so I can craft a custom itinerary that fulfills (or exceeds!) them.
Next, I’ll share with you the planning fee associated with your trip. My planning fees start at $500, and vary depending on the complexity and length of your journey.
Step Two: Design & Refine
If you decide we’re a good fit (and I hope you do!), I’ll move onto research and design. Calling on my exclusive industry contacts, I’ll craft an itinerary proposal that speaks to your needs and unique travel style.
This is a collaborative process—you and I will work together to refine your itinerary until it’s absolutely perfect.
Step Three: Book & Depart
Finally, I’ll book every last component of your itinerary for you. You’ll then receive access to your day-by-day itinerary and all your travel documents via a special app, so you can easily access it all while you travel.
Even after you depart, you still have my ear—if any issues arise while you travel, simply reach out to me and I’ll smooth them away.
